How to Track Your Order
You can click “View your order” in the email to be redirected to our store’s order page, where you can check the latest shipping updates.
Alternatively, copy the “Tracking number” (a string of numbers or numbers + letters) and check the shipment status on an international tracking service such as 17track. Link below.

Steps:
1. Paste your tracking number into the search box.
2. Click the “Track” button.
If no tracking information appears, please try selecting the carrier as “YDH” or "4PX".
For orders from the United States and Japan, “YDH” should be selected as the logistics provider. For orders from other countries, "4PX" should be chosen. If the order includes snap batteries, "YFH" should be selected as the logistics provider.
